The biggest reason for the failure of collaboration and knowledge-based solutions is the perceived (non-) usability of the software among its target users. It was imperative that the new solution came across as both usable as well as useful to its users.
With this in mind, Caritor collaborated with another of Honeywell Turbo's IT vendors to create a system based on SAP cProjects for Honeywell Turbo. The solution was based on SAP cProjects and was one of the first cProjects 3.0 implementations.
