Overview

The latest cloud study from IDG and T-Systems shows one thing very clearly: there’s uncertainty about the issue of data protection. Misgivings about security are the greatest obstacle to using the cloud for 64% of all companies. At the same time, it’s not completely clear who has responsibility for the data. 60.2% assume that both the provider and company are responsible. Yet the law defi nes very precisely how information must be handled in every EU member state – and there’s no harm in gearing your own strategy to the strictest data protection guidelines.

Read this white paper to ensure your organisation uses cloud solutions in compliance with data protection laws.
