Zero Motorcycles is the largest producer of fully-electric motorcycles worldwide but a lack of dealership technicians familiar with the bikes they produce was posing a significant challenge. Trying to talk someone through a repair over the phone was rarely a success and as a result, the travel expenses and lost productivity from necessary onsite visits was proving too costly. This case study highlights how LogMeIn Rescue with Rescue Lens was able to provide Zero Motorcycles with a reliable remote support solution that enabled technicians and dealers to view any issues together in order to help resolve mechanical problems.
