Overview

Kaseya recently published its second annual IT Operations Benchmark Survey, which included results from 1,200 small- and mid-sized companies (SMBs) representing over 50 industries and 20 countries. These companies range in size from less than 10 employees to up to 5,000.


The respondents ran the gamut from CIO or VP of IT to Sysadmin. Almost 60% of the respondents were responsible for all of IT operations.

The survey yielded several insights that are extremely valuable to the MSPs who are targeting these companies.
