Latin America's push towards digital transformation

Countries in Latin America are ranking among the highest in digitization and innovation as the region embraces emerging technologies to solve local problems.

Technology is one of today’s biggest agents of change. Revolutionizing how business is done, companies around the world are focusing on digital transformation and the benefits it can bring.

Across Latin America many companies have begun digital transformations to help them become more competitive thanks to a greater ability to adapt to and benefit from change.

Highlighting Latin America’s push towards digital transformation, the Harvard Business Review’s Digital Evolution Index 2017 placed Mexico, Colombia and Brazil as ‘break-out’ countries rapidly evolving to a digital innovation, with Chile considered a ‘standout’ country, ranking among the highest in digitization and innovation.
