What is your favourite personal gadget?
Go Pro

Do you have a favourite piece of personal software?

I can’t live without AIS for my boat!

What was the first piece of technology you got really excited about?

A Sony Walkman!

Then the internet! I started my career working in packaging but in the early 1990’s the internet was exploding and I desperately wanted to be part of it. That led me to jump into a new career one year into my working life and my first job in digital as a media planner.

What device improves your life most at work?

Without a doubt it’s Slack. We have offices in Hong Kong, London, Seattle, Singapore and Tokyo. We use Slack for work projects, collaborating with our clients and other vendors as well as general studio banter.

What software keeps you most productive at work?

Is there any technology that has become extinct that you would like to resurrect?

Email, whilst it's a long way from extinct, it’s not so relevant for us anymore. With that said, I’m convinced we will find a new role for it in the future.

Is there any technology you would personally recommend that you don’t think enough people know about? (Hardware or software, work or personal)

AEM It is becoming a more and more powerful tool for implementing front end / customer change fast!

Do you think anything about your personal use of tech would surprise your colleagues?

I spend my personal time sailing (or trying to sail!) It is a sport that is rapidly changing with the use of technology, whether that be for boat design, mapping, communication or emergency services.
