What are you reading now? The book I’m currently reading is called Team Topologies, which is about how to organise software engineering teams for the highest productivity possible.

Most people don't know that I… actually do have hobbies and a life that have nothing to do with technology. I have a lovely wife, who also happens to be in technology, but that’s an interesting coincidence. I have two dachshunds that I love who are just goofballs and clowns. I find the pet store at the top of my queue on the weekends and I spoil them rotten. I love classic cars and enjoy long road trips coupled with my last passion...photography. I love landscape and architecture photography - and am just now getting into multi-gigapixel panoramas. I can’t wait to travel again so I can actually capture some photos.

In my spare time, I like to…Travel, take pictures, spend time with my dogs, family and friends, and enjoy good wine/food.

Ask me to do anything but… Yoga. Or really, anything that requires physical coordination. I’m a klutz at heart. Case in point - I managed to break my right ankle visiting our office in Milan by missing a single centimetre drop while exiting the Milano Centrale train station.
