Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania

What was the most valuable piece of career advice that you received?
Set high and realistic expectations, align your resources, focus on the objective, and put positive energy to execute.

What was the worst piece of business advice that you received?
Motivate teams on $

What advice would you give to someone starting their career in the tech industry?
Listen actively, be curious, avoid judgements, make your own experience and DARE!!

What tips would you give to someone aiming for a c-level position?
Be professional, placing value on high quality that you can commit and deliver, expect customer respect, and delivering not over-promising. Expect your customers to commit to you as much as you commit to them. Hire people that can decide fast and be confident in their decisions and that use common sense. Set realistic, achievable goals. Focus on limited key objectives to maximise success. Align teams - a company is as strong as its weakest team.

Are you particularly proud of any career advice that you’ve given or the career route/development of anyone you’ve mentored?
Take your commitments seriously, make it clear to your professional ecosystem and expect them to behave the same with you, showing regular evidence throughout a sales cycle for a prospect, a business relationship with a customer. Only good and solid business can be based on commitments made on both sides. Otherwise, there is no business.
