InfoShot: Identity Theft Leads UK E-Fears

A survey of 1,000 UK consumers by security company Centrify suggests that identity theft is the number-one concern pertaining to their digital lives. The answer was given by more than four out of five respondents and was followed by having credit card information stolen online, being a victim of formal cybercrime, social networking privacy, email spamming and online bullying.

One in four said they have definitely or probably been victims of identity theft.
