(1) Where were you born and raised? 

Born in Edinburgh, raised in Dublin until the age of 7 years old and then Buckinghamshire.   

(2) What was your first job?  

When I was 12, I had a paper round and I was a Saturday girl at a fruit and veg shop.

(3) What was the first product you got really excited about?   

Rollerboots. I had blue ones with yellow wheels!

(4) Who has been the biggest influence on your career?

My Dad. He’s kind-hearted, generous, successful, clever, funny, talented and likes to party, sing and play guitar!

(5) What has been your greatest achievement?

Sky diving over Table Mountain, Cape Town. It was part of a life altering solo backpacking trip around Africa.

(6) What has been your biggest mistake?

I don't believe in mistakes.  Everything happens for a reason.

(7) What is your greatest strength?

That my glass is always half full.

(8) What is your biggest weakness?

Map reading.  Thank heavens for sat navs

(9) What do you think is the aspect of your role most neglected by peers?   

I don't think my peers neglect my role at all.  I feel very supported.

Mantra - 'Just do it'  

Squirm - 'I'll be honest with you now'

(11) What makes you stressed?

Inefficiency

Injustice

Rudeness

(12) What do you do to relax?

Swim, read, sunbathe, listen to music, sleep.

Old favourite - 'If I Fell' by The Beatles

Current favourite - Uptown Funk, Mark Ronson

(15) Do you have a team or sport that you follow?

Tennis - having worked at Wimbledon.

The lack of politics.

My four year old needing a wee!
