Nerf sentry gun might be the nerdiest home security system ever

Until now, I've never wanted to own a sentry gun, but Instructables user BrittLiv has built one that fires Nerf bullets. Now I'm reconsidering.

The sentry gun's main component is a Nerf Vulcan, a monstrously large toy gun that looks dangerous enough on its own. Thanks to some modifications, you can either fire the sentry gun with a controller or set the gun up to fire automatically when it detects moving objects. And of course BrittLiv's "main aim was for it to look awesome," which it totally does.

This might be the safest way to scare away those woodland critters chewing through your garden once and for all.
