Having been a leader in the use of digital technology to conduct its business, the financial services sector has dealt with COVID-19 disruption better than most. However, the pandemic did impact some priorities, led by the obvious need to increase support for remote work and automated customer interactions. The crisis has also focused new attention on business resiliency planning and shifting operations to the cloud.
